I laid each of the outside pieces out: the major from the dresser, the back and every with the sides. Basically all the things besides the drawer fronts. I used a single coat of paint with a foam roller to paint over the solid wood. And since it was a dark color and has these kinds of good coverage, I didn’t need to work with primer 1st. T
